BURLINGTON, MA- With an audience of over 2.7 billion people worldwide, Bollywood is a global phenomenon, and the signature dance styles of Bollywood films are catching on in all sectors.

Swasti Bhargava and BollyX are bringing Bollywood dance to fitness with a fitness workshop to North America’s largest South Asian Health Expo, the 5th Annual Health, Fitness & Wellness Expo on March 5th at the Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.

Swasti Bhargava

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. The 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to deliver a total body workout.

At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood films.

Along with Swasti, there will be 2 other BollyX instructors: Priti Shokeen, who currently teaches at the Gurukool Enrichment Center, in Littleton and Nishtha Saxena.

The 5th Annual Health, Fitness & Wellness Expo is on March 5th, 2017 from 9: 00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. It free to all attendees but they must pre-register.
