BURLINGTON, MA—Ritu Gaind is a turn-around specialist of real life and not of business. A self-advocate of her health, she has transformed her own life: literally, from deathbed and five days in a comma to a perfectly healthy life. She been on a salt-less diet for about 10 years, has brought down her sugar/HBA1C level from 11.5 to 6.5 and so much more.
Gaind, who will be telling her story from a patient point of view at the upcoming Mega Health Expo on April 3 at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA, has also just completed her book on living with a taste.
Gaind has done all this with sheer determination and will power, and with the help of her family, especially her son.
