BURLINGTON, MA–The Indian Medical Association of New England, one of the oldest organizations of the physicians of Indian origin in the United States, will provide free health screening at the North America’s largest South Asian Health Expo on March 5th at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.
“IMANE is looking forward to continuing its mission of promoting health care for the underserved community in the New England area,” said Sameer Kapasi, president of the Indian Medical Association of New England, known as IMANE.
He said screenings will include blood pressure and Body Mass Index, or BMI.
“We will have a booth set up where you can check your blood pressure and BMI as well as consult with leading physicians in New England,” Kapasi said. “Also, physicians, feel free to stop by and learn how you can join our illustrious organization that has been serving the community since 1978.”
The 5th Annual Health, Fitness & Wellness Expo is on March 5th, 2017 from 10: 00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. The event is free to all attendees but they must pre-register.
