Dr. Chopra’s talk, in a sense, distills a lot of relevant material from his book: The Big Five: Five Simple Things to Live a Longer Life and his latest book, published in December 2017 by St. Martin’s Press and co-authored with Gina Vild: The Two Most Important Days: How to Find your Purpose and Live a Happy and Healthy Life.

The Two Most Important Days is a life-changer of a book. It connects happiness with finding your life’s purpose and shows you how to start achieving both. The philosophy and poetry are inspiring, and the book is also grounded in studies, psychology, science, fun facts, and exercises-so it’s a wonderful balance of theory
