BURLINGTON, MA–Sneh Jaisingh, with nearly 20 years of clinical experience and an educator, innovator and practitioner in the field of integrative and holistic nutrition, will be joined by her husband Ajay Jaisingh to talk about stress management both as a couple and as experts in the area at the 6th Annual Health, Fitness & Wellness Expo on March 4th at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.
“The leading cause of all issues be it physical, emotional or mental, is stress. The feeling of running on empty, feeling frazzled, exhausted and burned could be signs of stress,” says Sneh. “Nutrition plays a key role in stress management. We all play multiple roles in our lives and often feel burned out trying to do justice to them all.”
The Expo will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 10: 00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. The Expo is free to all attendees, but you must pre-register. For more information and to register for FREE, please visit Health Expo website at http://healthfitnesswellnessexpo.com/
The expo is produced by The Mishra Group in collaboration with INDIA New England News, INE MultiMedia, and IndUS Business Journal.
Sneh, a clinical nutritionist and wellness coach by profession, will share which minerals and nutrients are depleted during times of stress and how one can restore them through nutrition. Her husband Ajay, an IT manager by profession, a theater artist by passion, a family man by commitment and an independent thinker by essence, will share some simple stress management tools and techniques to help restore the lost balance.
“Come to the Expo and discover how to achieve consistent energy and moods throughout the day,” said Upendra Mishra, producer of the Health Expo. Sneh.
Sneh, MS, CNC, INHC is an inspiring educator, innovator and practitioner in the field of integrative and holistic nutrition. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, she has been an advocate for science-based mind and body wellness at conferences, seminars, workshops and through her writing.
Sneh is co-founder/creative director of NutriAge, an organization that offers individual and corporate wellness programs. Sneh is a part of the “Food as Medicine” nutrition movement and is passionate about raising awareness and understanding, to use this knowledge in preventing/reducing risk of chronic diseases or simply general wellbeing.
Ajay, an independent thinker, philosopher and a seeker of truth was always driven by a quest to understand the world, the proverbial “meaning of life”. His spiritual journey started in his late teens, where his quest led him to experience various religious, spiritual and new-age teachings, enabling him to understand not only the differences but the similarities between them; the universal message that they all convey. For two years he worked with a non-profit org, travelling to various cities to conduct meditation-based seminars for all levels; right from managing physical and emotional ailments to understanding the “self”.
His “monastic” lifestyle changed a bit as he transitioned to a family man where teaching meditation (or life experiences as he likes to call them) was reduced to working on a more consultative or a one-on-one basis. He currently lives in Shrewsbury, MA with his wife, Sneh and a son, Gaurav. In more recent years, he got an opportunity to exercise his passion with cricket and theater, known to many as a theater artist. His current endeavor is to design and offer personal development courses for youth and adults with the intention of social evolution. He believes the world is experiencing a consciousness shift and we’re all a part of it, whether we’re aware of it or not. One of his quotes that I love is “Enlightenment is a process that is happening to you and it’s not optional”.
