Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Lahey Health to Sponsor Mega Health Expo on March 5

BURLINGTON, MA– Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Lahey Health, the region’s two premier health institutions, will sponsor 5th Annual Health Expo, which will be held on March 5 at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. The day-long expo is free to attendees. To register for free, click here.

“We have lined up a great line of speakers and fitness and workshop leaders, and we very excited that both Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Lahey Health have joined as sponsors of the event,” said Upendra Mishra, producer of the Health Expo and publisher of INDIA New England News and IndUS Business Journal.

The Health Expo is organized by INDIA New England News in collaboration with INE MultiMedia, Inc. and IndUS Business Journal, the nation’s premier digital business daily covering Indian and South Asian businesses, entrepreneurs and executives in North America.

Dr. Sanjiv Chopra, MD, a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, a thinker, best-selling author and a motivational speaker, will be the keynote address at the Expo. Dr. Chopra has also graciously offered to autograph any copies of his new book The Big Five at the event after his keynote.

Other key physicians who will speak at the Expo include Dr. Prem Shekhar, MD, a renowned cardiothoracic surgeon and chief of Division of Cardiac Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston;  Dr. Om Ganda, MD, Medical Director of the Lipid Clinic, and Chair of the Clinical Oversight Committee at Joslin Diabetes Center; Dr. Salil Midha, MD, Chief of Cardiology at Melrose Wakefield Hospital; Dr. Samir Malkani, MD, a board certified endocrinologist and diabetologist at UMass Memorial Health Care; Dr. Tara Singh, MD, a Clinical Instructor in OB/GYN and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School and an Assistant Professor at Tufts University; Dr. Dinesh Patel, MD, an Orthopedic Surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital; Dr. Manasa Patna, MD, a Ob/Gyn doctor at Cambridge Health Alliance, and a Clinical Instructor in OB/GYN and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School and Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.  Dr. Chaitanya Mudgal, a Hand Surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital; and Dr. Neelima Singh, MD, a board certified specialist in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, diabetes and Metabolism.
