Laughing your way to fitness with Sushil Bhatia at Health Expo on Sunday

BURLINGTON, MA—We all know that laughter is the best medicine. But many of us keep on waiting for someone to tell a joke so we can laugh. Then there are those who think laughing brings them down so they struggle to laugh.

In Health Talk video interview series, Sushil Bhatia talks about the art of laughing. He will also conduct a workshop on the “Laughing Your Way to Fitness” at the Mega Health Expo on Sunday, April 3, at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. This event is free to all attendees and is organized by INE MultiMedia in collaboration with INDIA New England News.

“This workshop will take participants through the steps of laughing without jokes, creating their own unique type of laugher and also change their LQ (laughter quotient). It will also cover how to benefit by connecting with MOM (Managing of Mind),” says Bhatia. “Use of laughter and meditation will help you avoid medication and will show why laughter after all is called the “best medicine”.

Bhatia is a globally known award winning entrepreneur and innovator who has several patents, publications and new products to his name. He has developed/co-developed many products used in daily life. Some of the products that he has innovated, developed and has patents on are – Glue Stic, convention/seminar name badges, mailing labels, laser/copier labels, binding systems, decorative labels for shampoo/cosmetic/food containers and a DeCopier.

In fact, you cannot go through a day in life without using, looking at or touching a product in which he did not have a hand to develop/co-develop.   He has founded several companies and is currently the President and CEO of JMD Manufacturing Incorporated.

He is also founder of the Laughing Clubs of America and has completed a small book, “Just say YES to Laughing Your Way to Fitness with Yoga and Meditation (and That’s No Joke).”   He has been a speaker at National Honor Society, Boston University, MIT Enterprise Forum-TiE Boston, American Express, John Hancock and others.  For his work he has been featured on TV/ Radio shows like ABC’s Good Morning America, CNN, NBC, Canada AM, NPR and has been written up in The Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, Economic Times and many other publications worldwide.
