Indian Medical Association to Provide Free Medical Screenings at Health Expo on April 3

BURLINGTON, MA—Indian Medical Association of New England, one of the oldest organizations of the physicians of Indian origin in the United States, will provide free health screenings at Mega Health Expo on Sunday, April 3, at Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA.

“IMANE is getting an opportunity to fulfill its mission and reach out to help many community members through free health screenings, depression screenings, Ask-the-Doctor segment and find donors through our bone marrow drive in collaboration with SAMAR which is very important for Asian population to get donors who match,” said IMANE President Sapna Aggarwal, MD.

Members of IMANE will provide free screenings from noon to 3:00 pm. In addition, some members of IMANE are scheduled to speak at various panels. Mega Health Expo ischaired by former IMANE President Dr. Manju Sheth, MD.

The Health Expo is organized by INE MultiMedia, a non-profit company devoted to education, empowerment, enrichment and entertainment, in collaboration with INDIA New England News.

The expo, which is sponsored by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Lahey Health, Cambridge Health Alliance and Neem Spa, is free to all attendees.
